A 30-year-old was stopped twice by the police in Soest on Wednesday night and was suspected of being on drugs twice. The first time he was noticed by the car because of excessive speed, as the police announced on Wednesday. After an earlier accident under the influence of alcohol, he no longer had a driver’s license, but according to the police, he reacted “disproportionately cheerfully” to the control and was noticed by his red eyes – the first blood test. About three hours later, police officers stopped him on an electric scooter that had been reported stolen. He had amphetamines and cocaine with him and a drug test was positive – second blood test.

The man must now reckon with numerous procedures. “It’s probably a bad day for me,” he commented on what happened, according to the police.
