The deal is fully guaranteed and includes a team option for a fifth season.
These are standard terms for a first-round pick in the NFL.
The Jaguars will kick off a mini rookie camp on Friday.
Walker is the 10th first-round pick of the 2022 draft to reach a deal. Four top 6 players have accepted contracts.
In terms of the salary cap, Walker will have a $6.8 million impact this year.
The Jaguars plan to rely on Walker initially as a linebacker, before perhaps moving him to other defensive positions.
